Collection: Face Masks

1. Choose your products. Choose from our collection online. Each product contains packaging info. If you want to use a different packaging type or your own packing, please get in touch before ordering. If you’re happy with the packaging we provide, you can just order online & we’ll get producing!

2.We produce the products. This usually takes 2-3 working days. Products will come unbranded with all data information to display on your packaging.

3. After production you’ll receive an email which will contain a list of Ingredients, allergens, batch numbers & best before dates that you need to display on each product. This will also include a‘Labelling’ PDF which will outline all the legal bits you need to include. This is also sent to you in your order.

4. Receive your order. Our dispatch time is typically 5-8 business days but it can be quicker.

5. Send your Labels to us via email so we can upload to the UK & EU Cosmetic Portal to act as the RP for the product.

6. Apply your labels & get selling! You can always drop us a message if you want any labelling, selling or general advice.

Responsible Person

At Soul Vida LTD we act as the RP on requested products. You must therefore add Manufactured by Soul Vida LTD in Devon, EX2 9ER for 'insert your brand name / information'. 

All products produced and supplied meet the regulatory standards for cosmetic safety in the UK and EU. 

It is your responsibility to send your labels to us for the product with correct compliancy information for us to be the RP and to upload to the portal.

If you do not send us your labels after ordering, we are not the RP for your products and you have agreed to sale on your own terms. 

As the RP we can not take responsibility for any damage, tamperment or incorrect storage of the products which causes them to be not fit for purpose. We take no responsibility for your personal handling of the items. 

As the RP we can not take responsibility for incorrect labelling and marketing of the products done by the client.

We as the Manufacturer retain ownership of the intellectual property rights related to our products, including CPSRs and certifications. We allow you the freedom to own the intellectual property rights to your own branding for the products and so forth.

We can use a variety of different packaging on some of our products. Let us know the product you're interested in & send us an image of the packaging you'd like to use and its dimensions. We'll see if this is something we can provide. Email us on support@soulvidawholesale.co.uk

When you purchase our products, you are buying an unbranded and unlabelled item. This means you can change the name, use your own branding & promote the product however you wish. Please ensure you adhere to legal labelling guidelines (we have a PDF guide available after ordering).

We do ask that when placing your first order that you do include details of your business. This is to ensure you are purchasing for wholesale reasons only.

Our cost is 10p per label

All our products (apart from raw bases) are in cases of x10.

We try our hardest to be sustainable and focus on using only glass & aluminum packaging. All packaging information is on each product page individually. If you'd like to request a different packaging type or to use your own packaging - please email us on support@soulvidawholesale.co.uk prior to purchasing so we can ensure this is possible.

All labelling information is sent for each item upon purchase. This is just our guideline and our suggestion of what label size to use. You can change label sizes & label however you wish.
