Purchase of Label Design & Printing Policy

Label Design once approved by yourself (the Client) can not be refunded in any circumstance for design services paid if the labels were approved by yourself.

If you approve labels with us and they are printed but you decide to return your order, under our T&Cs and consumer law on custom goods, label design and printing under any circumstance can not be refunded.

If you opt for us to label your items after you approve digital design of labels and the products are sent to you labelled - no refund will be given under any circumstances as per consumer law on custom goods.
